Welcome to Enter The Breach (the "Simulation", "Platform", "Service"), a cybersecurity simulation platform provided by HAKTOPUS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform and any related services.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Enter The Breach is an interactive simulation platform designed to provide users with experience in cybersecurity incident response. The Platform allows users to engage in various simulated scenarios, make decisions, and observe outcomes based on those decisions. The Service is intended for educational and skill-development purposes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration (If Applicable)

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. 5. Simulation Content and Educational Purpose

The scenarios, data, and information presented within the Simulation are for educational and training purposes only. They are designed to be realistic but are fictional. Any resemblance to actual events, entities, or persons is coincidental.

The Simulation does not provide professional cybersecurity advice or services. Decisions made and outcomes experienced within the Simulation should not be taken as definitive guidance for real-world incident response without further professional consultation and consideration of specific real-world contexts.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
